What you'll do

• Architect end-to-end voice, chat, web, mobile, and assisted-service solutions
• translate contact-center needs into technical designs and delivery plans
• build agentic voice and chat solutions using CX Agent Studio, Conversational Agents, Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, and Google Cloud. Design integrations with telephony, CCaaS, CRM, APIs, and enterprise systems
• lead hands-on coding, configuration, proofs of concept, troubleshooting, CI/CD, deployment, and production stabilization
• define AI evaluation and guide teams through technical blockers.
