What you'll do

• Cover field-sales vacancies in person and virtually
• engage assigned healthcare professionals with product education, cost and access information, samples, literature, and resources
• manage accounts and sales calls
• maintain customer profiles and accurate interaction records
• respond to customer questions and requests
• maintain product knowledge and complete training
• follow compliance and HIPAA requirements
• mentor less experienced representatives and assist with escalations.
