Outside Grease Technician — Night Shift, CDL A or B

The Outside Grease Technician role is onsite in Crofton, MD, with night shifts and service work at customer locations. Starting pay is $27–$29 per hour, with overtime opportunities and quarterly bonus potential. Wind River Environmental provides non-hazardous liquid waste services to commercial, residential, and municipal customers. The technician services commercial grease trap systems so restaurant, grocery, and other commercial customers can keep their operations running. The work combines safe truck operation, pumping and cleaning, inspections, troubleshooting, customer communication, and accurate service documentation.

What you'll do

• Operate vacuum trucks and equipment safely
• drive to job sites in compliance with DOT and traffic regulations
• pump, clean, and maintain commercial grease traps
• inspect systems for buildup, damage, or safety concerns
• communicate findings
• prepare trucks, hoses, tools, and equipment
• complete service paperwork
• respond to emergency or after-hours calls when needed
• participate in on-call rotations and work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Why this role
