Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and executive support, including scheduling, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and event logistics
• coordinate facilities, maintenance, vendors, and supplies
• support accounting data entry, purchasing documentation, expenses, and records
• coordinate employee equipment and technology requests with external IT providers
• support onboarding and offboarding
• maintain procedures, inventories, and shared resources
• communicate with employees, leadership, vendors, and partners
• identify process improvements.
