What you'll do

• Answer customer questions
• present and sell wireless products, services, devices, and accessories
• meet sales goals
• demonstrate technology and guide purchasing decisions
• complete contracts, warranties, payments, and order records
• maintain product and promotion knowledge
• provide market feedback
• support store opening, closing, inventory, cash management, and appearance
• resolve customer service issues.
