What you'll do

• Lead NPRC-wide measurement and evaluation
• establish common outcomes, evaluation approaches, and reporting practices
• lead Salesforce-based program data, measurement, reporting, and evaluation
• create data-quality and governance practices
• lead analytic components of federal and leadership reporting
• build and lead the public performance dashboard
• support the External Advisory Group
• partner on the annual community needs assessment
• conduct cross-program analysis
• translate findings into accessible narratives, presentations, visualizations, and reports
• strengthen data literacy
• build the Data & Impact function over time.
