The Direct Support Professional, Residential, Part-Time Days role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with a schedule of Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and Monday 3–9 p.m.; starting pay is $21.55 per hour, plus a $0.75 weekend differential ($22.30 per hour for weekend shifts). Lifetime Assistance’s Residential Services team supports independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The professional provides personal care and daily living assistance while helping individuals build independence and social skills. The role supports health and safety, implements individualized service plans, and encourages community participation and connection.

What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• promote health and safety, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community integration and activities
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues.
