The role exists to determine donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, and provide medical support within the plasma collection facility. The paramedic works under the guidance of the Center Manager and Center Physician to ensure donor safety and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Determines donor eligibility through medical history interviews and physical exams.
- Manages donor adverse events and medical emergencies.
- Reviews laboratory test results.
- Supports EHS and vaccination programs.
