What you'll do

• Represent MISTRAS professionally and provide customer support
• complete field and administrative assignments, including safe work plans, rescue protocols, reports, and safety documentation
• follow site permits, clearances, lockout/tagout procedures, and job hazard analyses
• conduct daily safety meetings and update hazard plans as needed
• lead, train, and provide feedback to assigned personnel
• follow rope-access certification standards and company procedures
• maintain rescue preparedness and communicate operational or safety concerns.
