What you'll do

• Lead the Edifecs application support organization
• oversee staffing and roadmap execution
• guide architecture, modernization, cloud scalability, and performance
• configure and maintain Edifecs modules
• support EDI analysts with processing rules and workflows
• troubleshoot transaction and performance issues
• support releases, patching, upgrades, and environment refreshes.
