Salary: $20-$30 Hourly. The Lead Carpenter owns the carpentry scope on Design/Build projects, leading layout, quality, and production for outdoor living features including porches, pool houses, pergolas, pavilions, decks, fences, and custom structures and site-built details. This role is hands-on and works closely with the foreman and crew to deliver clean, safe, on-schedule builds. Our Core Value
