Senior QA Validation Engineer

The Senior QA Validation Engineer role is remote. Compensation is $75–$90 per hour on a W-2 basis. Eliassen Group is a strategic consulting firm providing technology, business advisory, and life sciences solutions to clients. The engineer serves as a quality assurance validation subject matter expert, promoting consistent validation approaches across equipment, computer systems, and facility and utility systems. The role supports validated operations through document review, risk assessment, remediation guidance, and audit and inspection support.

What you'll do

• Serve as QA Validation SME across equipment, CSV, and facility/utility systems
• review and approve CQ, CSV, and method validation plans, protocols, and reports
• review lifecycle and vendor documents and periodic review reports
• support CQV and CSV projects
• perform change controls, risk assessments, and gap analyses
• support inspections, investigations, root cause analyses, CAPA/EC actions, internal audits, and external audit responses
• implement data integrity requirements and help maintain validated systems.
