Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Provide personal support and engage with residents at home and in the community
• support individual plans and goals
• teach independent living skills
• follow approved behavior plans
• monitor safety and whereabouts
• administer medication according to medical orders and records
• document progress and incidents
• assist with meals, household tasks, appointments, and community outings
• communicate concerns to supervisors and nursing staff.
