What you'll do

  • Support audit responses, clearance letters, on-site audits, policy improvements, and quarterly sample audits
  • manage Building Status Reports and monthly vouchers
  • support EIV reporting and repayment plans
  • review household income certifications
  • track review activity
  • coordinate lease-up and external audit processes
  • train associates on file reviews and policies
  • and provide status updates.
