What you'll do

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• assist sales agents in guiding clients through home buying
• provide written feedback to refine search criteria
• write and negotiate offers on behalf of agents and clients
• generate at least 10 hours of leads per week
• participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and coaching
• track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
