What you'll do

• Instruct and supervise high- and low-ropes activities and zip-line activities, adapting for participant needs and ensuring safety
• supervise, train, orient, evaluate, and coach a team of 3–4 ropes staff
• maintain equipment, ropes areas, logs, and records
• support campers and their peer relationships
• assist with schedules, meetings, and feedback
• support other camp teams as needed
• provide or support emergency procedures and health practices.
