What you'll do

• Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes
• sanitize and prepare equipment and workstations
• weigh and measure ingredients
• wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, and slice ingredients
• wash dishes
• label stock and inventory ingredients
• transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
