What you'll do

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers on recruiting strategy and workforce planning
• manage requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• lead student recruitment initiatives
• coordinate background checks and new-hire orientation
• analyze recruiting metrics and prepare reports
• maintain job advertisements
• collaborate with Marketing on recruitment campaigns
• support hiring procedures and manager training
• attend recruiting events and career fairs
• manage 90-day new-hire check-ins.
