The Fee-for-Service Clinician, PSB-CBT role is based in Brockton, MA, with compensation of $27–$36 per hour. BAMSI’s Home-Based Team provides community-based behavioral health services to youth and families across Massachusetts. The clinician delivers structured, strength-based PSB-CBT services to children ages 7–14 and their caregivers. The work includes assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, documentation, care coordination, and support for treatment goals and crisis needs.

What you'll do

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy
• provide structured, strength-based PSB-CBT therapy to youth ages 7–14 and caregivers
• maintain clinical documentation and treatment records
• provide at least three billable client contact units per week
• attend staff meetings, supervision, and multidisciplinary meetings
• obtain prior authorizations and ensure service compliance
• participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation
• deliver services in the person’s preferred setting
• complete specialized PSB-CBT certification within six months.
