What you'll do

• Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain supporting schedules
• reconcile intercompany activity and job-cost reports
• assist with monthly work-in-progress preparation and financial reporting
• partner with project managers and operations to resolve job-cost, billing, and project-closeout issues
• and support internal controls, process improvements, audits, and assigned projects. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, five or more years of progressive accounting experience, commercial construction accounting experience, and strong GAAP, job-cost, general accounting, and advanced Excel skills.
