The Senior Full Stack Java Developer, AI Lab role is onsite in Boston, MA; Philadelphia is also considered. Pay is $52–$54 per hour. The role builds and maintains Java applications and modern front ends while contributing to architecture, engineering quality, and mentoring. It supports AI-enabled and data-driven products from requirements through deployment and production support.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications
• build end-to-end features with React or Angular and Java/Spring Boot
• own features through implementation, deployment, and production support
• contribute to AI-enabled and data-driven solutions
• participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
• mentor developers
• support CI/CD, OpenShift, and Azure
• troubleshoot production issues
• apply RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agentic frameworks where needed.
