The Behavior Technician (BT) — Paid Training role is onsite in Mount Juliet, TN, for $18–$20 per hour based on experience and completion of Registered Behavior Technician certification; training is paid at a lower rate. Hopebridge provides a clinical setting for children and supports children with autism and their families. The technician implements behavior plans and instructional materials under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, documents progress, and supports children’s communication, peer interaction, skill development, and school readiness. The role contributes to individualized therapy and children’s ongoing development.

What you'll do

• Create an environment that supports skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness
• learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• review behavior plans and instructional materials
• implement plans consistently and monitor outcomes
• complete daily progress notes
• support communication, peer interactions, and development.
