What you'll do

• Develop and execute HR strategy
• advise executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
• lead recruiting for cleared and specialized technical roles
• oversee labor-law compliance and HR risk
• manage HR policies, investigations, audits, compensation, benefits, employee relations, accommodations, HRIS, workforce analytics, training, budget, and vendor relationships
• partner with security staff on personnel clearance processes.
