Machine Technician

Compensation is $25 per hour. The Machine Technician is an onsite role based in Faribault, MN. 00/hr to $27.00/hr, and this position supports the specialized portfolio enterprise at Cargill, which provides food and agricultural solutions. This role exists to ensure the efficient operation of machinery by monitoring production lines, conducting in-process quality checks, and maintaining equipment. The technician contributes to the team's goals by minimizing downtime during change-overs and ensuring that all additive ingredients are applied accurately to meet production standards.

What you'll do

• Extrude quality product, inspect every 30 minutes, conduct quality checks, set up die plates and knife heads, minimize change-over times, communicate with batching and meat room operators, maintain clean work area, assist in weekly sanitation, and transfer shift responsibilities.
