What you'll do

• Enter and follow up on customer orders and demo, sample, and label requests
• handle service requests and provide loaners as needed
• assist with product returns for credit
• research and establish customer accounts
• educate customers and sales representatives on cleaning, sterilization, installation, and use
• cross-reference competitive products
• respond to pricing, tracking, reimbursement, financing, and other inquiries
• process insurance certificate requests and sales leads
• assist accounts receivable with unpaid or short-paid invoices
• provide access to and training on the proprietary website.
