• Lead research and development of ingredients
• independently conduct research across multiple projects
• propose and execute in-vivo and in-vitro testing
• generate data supporting ingredient applications and claims
• and collaborate with Product Application Chemists on prototypes.

Why this role

A Ph.D. in chemistry or a related field is required; knowledge of colloidal science, green chemistry, or polymer science is preferred. Postdoctoral or industrial experience is a plus.
