What you'll do

• Plan and complete residential and commercial repair projects
• manage projects from initial walkthrough through completion
• define scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and deliverables
• coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• schedule milestones, inspections, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• track progress, budgets, and profitability
• manage scope changes
• write, review, and audit estimates
• perform field work such as demolition, repairs, installations, and punch work when needed
• inspect job sites for quality and safety
• maintain documentation and update leadership
• participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as business demands require.
