What you'll do

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects from start to finish
• create schedules and timelines
• ensure work meets workmanship standards, plans, specifications, codes, and scope
• select and schedule subcontractors and vendors
• coordinate materials
• track project costs and budgets
• manage work orders and change orders
• maintain project files and software
• communicate with customers and insurance adjusters
• conduct final customer walk-throughs
• collect payments
• participate in the emergency on-call management rotation
• mentor and train junior team members.
