What you'll do

• Monitor division safety procedures
• lead and direct day-to-day agricultural operations
• supervise crews traveling to and working at job sites and in the shop
• oversee employee training and coaching
• assign and inspect work
• supervise equipment cleaning
• schedule equipment maintenance and repairs
• maintain service records
• coordinate staffing to meet customer demands
• assist with hiring and performance evaluation
• support administrative requirements and bids
• operate pickups and small equipment
• travel as required.
