What you'll do

• Set up the station
• complete prep assignments
• prepare seasonal produce and proteins
• label, date, rotate, and store products
• cook menu items to recipes and presentation standards
• monitor cooking times and temperatures
• manage station supplies
• know ingredients and allergens
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• clean and close the station
• support deliveries, restocking, and pastry work
• and help train newer kitchen team members when asked.
