What you'll do

• Lead financial strategy and analysis
• manage accounting, accounts payable, general ledger, monthly reporting, and payroll
• develop and administer operating and capital budgets
• oversee cash, payables, investments, assets, and insurance
• prepare and manage grant applications and awards
• coordinate audits and required reporting
• ensure compliance with GASB, FTA, and applicable laws
• serve as Treasurer and report financial matters to the Board
• oversee procurement through the procurement manager
• supervise three direct reports.
