Family Support Specialist II

Job overview

What you'll do

• Conduct intake and assessments, enroll residents in the family support program, and visit locations to gather information
• collaborate with families on development plans
• help residents access social services and advocate for service delivery
• track resident data while protecting privacy
• attend community and program meetings
• provide resources and consultation on financial management, goal-setting, credit, debt reduction, and capital access
• host in-person and virtual financial literacy seminars
• support development of the USI CDFI client base
• perform administrative tasks.
