Training Specialist, Hospitality

What you'll do

• Lead front-of-house onboarding and orientation
• facilitate classroom and hands-on training
• teach service standards, menu knowledge, beverage pairings, allergy awareness, and guest engagement
• coach upselling and service recovery
• maintain training materials
• monitor progress and readiness
• conduct service observations and provide coaching
• collaborate with managers on development plans
• track training and guest experience metrics
• identify operational gaps and recommend training solutions.
