Mechanical Project Manager, HVAC and Plumbing

The Mechanical Project Manager role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• maintain schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• coordinate design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• lead project meetings and report progress
• oversee procurement, change orders, submittals, and RFIs
• monitor field productivity, safety, and quality
• support estimating, preconstruction planning, and project buyout.

Why this role
