What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop onsite team members
• manage schedules and daily operations
• build resident relationships and resolve concerns
• oversee leasing, renewals, marketing, and occupancy efforts
• inspect buildings and grounds
• coordinate maintenance, vendors, and contractors
• oversee rent collection, expenses, invoices, and financial reporting
• maintain records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing rules and applicable laws.
