Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Pay is $21.50 per hour. The assistant manager supports the General Manager with restaurant operations, team development, guest service, and financial performance. The role helps put CAVA’s operating standards and values into practice while supporting staffing, inventory, food safety, and store action plans.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations and opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues
• respond to guest concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, reports, food safety, and action plans.
