Creative Production Specialist — Artwork and Customer Experience

What you'll do

• Create customer proofs and product mockups in Adobe Illustrator
• prepare and revise artwork for apparel, embroidery, promotional products, and branded merchandise
• resize, recolor, and clean up customer artwork
• prepare production-ready layouts and virtual samples
• revise proofs based on customer feedback
• communicate with customers about artwork, products, and orders
• gather complete project information
• follow up on approvals and open questions
• assist with sourcing, supplier research, pricing, quoting, purchase orders, and vendor communication
• identify issues that could delay orders.
