What you'll do

• Oversee daily site operations and project milestones
• schedule crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• interpret construction plans and specifications
• ensure work meets design, budget, schedule, and quality standards
• monitor safety and conduct meetings and inspections
• communicate progress and issues to project managers
• lead and mentor field crews
• manage inspections, testing, and documentation
• identify risks and implement corrective actions
• maintain daily reports, timecards, and material logs.
