What you'll do

• Prepare domestic and international payment batches, wires, ACH transactions, and checks
• verify approvals and payment support
• maintain bank records and access documentation
• retrieve and distribute cash activity
• execute approved intercompany transfers
• administer fraud-prevention tools
• coordinate bank requests
• support month-end close and audits
• maintain procedures
• and identify process improvements.
