The Director of Rehabilitation — Physical Therapist role is onsite in Apex, NC, with compensation of $40–$46 per hour. Prava Therapy is building an embedded rehabilitation program in a senior living community to help residents continue activities that matter to them. This clinician-leader directs the rehabilitation program’s clinical and daily operations while maintaining an active clinical presence. The role develops the therapy team, partners with residents, families, caregivers, and community leadership, and supports meaningful functional outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical and day-to-day rehabilitation operations
• maintain clinical practice while mentoring and supporting the therapy team
• build relationships with residents, families, caregivers, nursing, wellness, life enrichment, and community leadership
• orient new clinicians
• coach clinical reasoning, documentation, communication, resident engagement, and functional outcomes
• identify changes in resident function and early-intervention opportunities
• monitor quality, documentation, outcomes, scheduling, caseload trends, and program performance
• strengthen the program and make therapy visible in the community.
