What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across regional warehouse locations
• recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff
• manage inventory systems and audits
• coordinate demand forecasts with Sales, Service, and Production
• manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• lead safety meetings and audits and support OSHA compliance
• coordinate third-party logistics and transportation
• manage the regional warehouse budget and cost-saving measures.
