What you'll do

• Build production batches and complete batch documentation in compliance with cGMP and GDP standards
• load and unload chemicals
• operate pumps and filters
• monitor temperatures and run speeds
• perform in-process testing
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized 6S work area
• collaborate with QC, R&D, customer service, and production planning
• troubleshoot equipment and submit repair requests
• train other employees and support continuous improvement
• uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards while meeting KPI targets.
