What you'll do

• Maintain residents’ safety and well-being and a calm, trauma-informed therapeutic environment
• participate in daily upkeep of the residence
• implement services and activities consistent with each resident’s treatment plan and program model
• manage crises with staff support
• teach self-care and daily-living skills
• participate in medication management
• provide transportation as needed
• complete documentation
• maintain professional boundaries
• comply with contractual, licensing, and safety standards
• maintain CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications
• attend scheduled supervision and training.
