What you'll do

• Define global technical strategy for thin-film deposition, including CVD, ALD, PVD, epitaxy, and emerging technologies
• identify manufacturing performance gaps and lead improvement initiatives
• develop, qualify, and scale process and equipment solutions
• influence supplier equipment and hardware roadmaps
• lead technical programs from concept through implementation
• establish guidelines and knowledge-sharing frameworks
• mentor senior engineers and technical leaders
• advance analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement.
