What you'll do

• Support clinical outcomes and resident and family satisfaction during the supervisory shift
• serve as a resource to facility staff
• provide direct resident care when required, including medication administration and treatments within applicable scope
• receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders when permitted
• manage nursing personnel and assess staff performance
• conduct shift meetings and update the Director of Nursing.
