What you'll do
- Collect and verify employee timesheets daily
- cross-check hours against gate logs
- confirm accuracy of codes, POs, and WOs
- enter time, equipment, and materials into onsite and accounting systems
- process payroll weekly
- generate final reports for invoicing
- assist employees with payroll questions.
