What you'll do

• Plan regular and modified menus
• follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• complete production and waste logs and taste meals for quality
• train kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, equipment operation, food safety, and sanitation
• maintain cleaning and equipment schedules
• manage food and non-food inventory within guidelines
• comply with health, sanitation, and safety requirements
• participate in departmental meetings and staff development.
