Chemistry Supervisor

What you'll do

• Champion a safe work environment and safety culture
• develop and implement chemistry department policies, programs, and procedures
• lead, mentor, and develop analytical chemists
• take accountability for team performance and facility chemical results
• partner with Quality Assurance to complete required activities accurately
• determine staffing needs and interview, hire, and train team members
• develop and manage the department budget.
