Third-Shift Production Lead

What you'll do

• Lead and support high-performance teams
• participate in continuous improvement and Lean projects
• assign and monitor work
• maintain team and hourly production boards
• answer questions and keep operators on track
• lead Kaizen or problem-solving events
• participate in layered audits
• ensure quality checks are performed and documented
• fill in for operators as needed
• train team members and maintain skills matrices
• facilitate weekly team meetings
• monitor safety, quality, scrap, and schedule metrics.
