What you'll do
- Order medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
- prepare and administer ordered treatments and medications
- notify physicians or family members of changes in residents’ conditions
- provide nursing services including tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as needed
- monitor seriously ill residents
- advocate for residents and support care-plan adherence
- complete required charting accurately and promptly.
